Mexican Turkey Cutlets With Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 red pepper, halved and seeded
    6 Tbsp. oil
    3 drops hot red pepper sauce
    1 large egg
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed tortilla chips
    4 to 6 turkey cutlets
Preparation
    Coarsely chop green onions and red pepper.
    Combine in small bowl with chilies and liquid, 3 tablespoons oil and pepper sauce. Cover and refrigerate.
    In a bowl, beat egg with 1 tablespoon oil, garlic and spices.
    Place chips on waxed paper.
    Dip cutlets into egg mixture, then chips.
    Brown cutlets in 2 tablespoons hot oil 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
    Serve with salsa.
