Buster Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular pack Oreo cookies, crushed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 lb. salted Spanish peanuts
    2 c. powdered sugar
    2/3 c. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1 can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine cookies and butter; pat into 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Spoon ice cream over crumbs.
    Sprinkle with peanuts.
    Place in freezer.
