Baked Chicken Parmesan(Serves 6) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 Tbsp. melted unsalted butter
1 Tbsp. dry mustard or Dijon mustard
3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. dried basil
8 chicken thighs or 3 whole breasts, split
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9 x 15-inch baking dish.
In a shallow bowl, combine the butter with the mustard.
In another shallow bowl, blend together the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and basil.
Dip the chicken pieces first into the mustard mixture and then coat with the bread crumb mixture.
Place, skin side up, in the baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
