Fresh Apple Cake(Easy And Quick) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 whole eggs
    2 1/2 sifted self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 good size apples, peeled or unpeeled and cubed in 1/2-inch pieces (I use Red Delicious)
    1 c. pecan pieces
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl.
    Add flour (some at a time) and add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour into greased tube pan or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pan until firm, about 30 minutes.
    Turn out, leaving pan over released cake an additional 30 minutes.
    This keeps cake from getting crusty.
    Use plain or with a sugar glaze on top.
    It's already excellent, but the glaze really makes it yummy.
