Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) rump roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can beef broth (10 3/4 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) jar pepperoncini peppers with juice
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 onion
    2 c. water with 2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
Preparation
    Prepare in crock-pot.
    Cook for 24 hours on low heat.
    Cover roast with liquids.
