Cheese And Bacon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked
    1 very small onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. mayonnaise
    15 cooked crepes
    1/4 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Put cheese, cooked bacon and onion through food grinder (processor).
    Stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce and mayonnaise.
    Form cheese mixture into 5 rolls about 1/2-inch in diameter x 6 1/2-inches long.
    Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces. Place one piece of cheese mixture in center of each cooked crepe. Roll up crepes and cheese.
    Just before serving, place in broiler pan.
    Brush with butter and broil until bubbly.
    Cut each crepe in 4 crosswise pieces.
    Serve warm.
