Lobster Thermidor - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. white wine
    2 c. half and half
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. lobster meat
    paprika
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter.
    Cover while cooking.
    Add wine, half and half, beaten egg yolks, salt and flour.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth, then add lobster.
