Cranberry-Orange-Walnut Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries
1 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. unsweetened apple juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts (toasted)
Preparation

In a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat, cook cranberries, raisins, sugar, apple juice, ginger and orange peel for 5 minutes, stirring until cranberries pop and sugar is dissolved.
Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 15 minutes longer.
