Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes broccoli, cooked and chopped
1 stalk celery
dry onions
2 Tbsp. chicken base
5 1/3 c. water
5/6 lb. American cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
5 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Bring first five ingredients to boiling.
Simmer until tender. Add cheese and butter.
When cheese melts, add milk.
Thicken slightly.
