Jo'S Raspberry-Cranberry Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugarless raspberry Jell-O
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1 orange, sectioned and diced
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water in a large bowl.
    Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
    Stir in orange and walnuts.
    Spoon into 5-cup mold.
    Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
