Penne Salad With Spring Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. penne or medium pasta shells, cooked and cooled
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen thawed peas, cooked
1/2 c. sliced green onions and tops
1 large yellow or red pepper, sliced
1 c. skim milk
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. fat-free mayo or salad dressing
1/4 c. minced parsley
1/4 c. NutraSweet spoonful
2 tsp. drained green peppercorns (optional)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine pasta with peas, onion and pepper in salad bowl.
Mix vinegar, mayo, parsley, NutraSweet spoonful and peppercorns.
Pour dressing over salad; salt or pepper.
Makes 12 servings.
