Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 apples, peeled and grated

Preparation

Mix well, but do not beat.
Pour into floured pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
