Corn Mexicali(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen corn
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Saute onion and green pepper in margarine.
    Add corn, water, salt and pimento.
    Cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes on low heat. Serve hot, garnished with bacon bits.
