Spiced Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. cold water
    1 lb. pecan halves
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat egg white and water until frothy (not stiff). Add nuts. Stir until coated. Sift together sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add nuts.
    Stir until all are coated.
    Pour onto a large cookie sheet. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Stir once midway.
