Viennese Potato Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    2 c. water
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth or stock
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1 c. sour cream
    1 stalk celery
Preparation
    Add potatoes to water with onion, celery, chicken broth, salt and pepper.
    Cover and cook until tender, but not soft.
