Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. uncooked rice
onion to taste
1/4 can tomato soup
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend and shape into balls. Fry in fat or bake in oven as you choose. Blend remaining soup with one cup water and pour over browned meatballs. Simmer covered about 40 minutes. You can also bake covered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
