Baked Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches, drained
    1 large can sliced pears, drained
    1 large can sliced pineapple, drained
    1 can apricot halves, drained (save juice)
    1 small jar maraschino cherries, drained
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. curry powder
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Drain fruits except apricots.
    Reserve 1/2 cup.
    Arrange fruits in layers in a large, shallow baking dish.
