Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Accent seasoning
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 bunch fresh broccoli (washed, trimmed and cut into small chunks)
    1 head fresh cauliflower (washed, trimmed and cut into small pieces)
    1/2 to 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cleaned and chilled
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for vegetables.
    Place vegetables in a large container and pour marinade sauce over them.
    Stir container once or twice during marinating time (4 to 6 hours or can be a little longer).
