Picante Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
    4 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
    4 onions, chopped
    4 to 8 jalapenos, chopped
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix and boil for 20 minutes.
    Pour in jars and seal.
    This may also be put in containers with tight fitting lids and frozen after it has cooled.
