Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/3 tsp. red food coloring
    2 1/2 tsp. cocoa
    3 c. cake flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream oil, sugar, and eggs.
    Make a paste with food coloring and cocoa.
    Add to mixture, add salt, flour with buttermilk and vinegar.
    Do not beat hard.
    Hand mix, just to blend.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
