France Chicken Parisienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
    6 chicken breasts, boiled and boned
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pt. scalded milk or chicken broth
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. sherry
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Arrange slightly cooked broccoli spears in large casserole; cover with chicken.
    Combine butter or margarine, flour and milk in saucepan over low heat; stir until thickened.
    Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, cheese and sherry; mix until blended. Season to taste.
    Pour over chicken-broccoli layers and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
