Easy, Healthy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    1 large green onion
    other fresh vegetables (such as eggplant, broccoli, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, etc.)
    1 lb. diced chicken, beef, shrimp or pork
    ginger/teriyaki or soy sauce/garlic/water on hand/oil
Preparation

    Having a night when you don't want to cook? It's hot and you don't want to be stuck in the kitchen? Well, this is the dish to whip up in about 15 minutes.
    Raid your refrigerator and find those vegetables that you bought and just have not gotten around to cooking. Anything goes!
