Quail Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    quail with sour cream and bacon
    16 slices Canadian bacon
    salt and pepper
    16 quail
    16 slices regular bacon
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Line buttered 9 x 15-inch dish with Canadian bacon.
    Top with seasoned quail wrapped in bacon.
    Combine soup and sour cream; spoon over quail.
    Bake, uncovered, at 275\u00b0 for 3 hours.
