Nutmeg Sherry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix (2 layer size)
    1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    3/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Preheat oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Grease
    and flour a Bundt pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    On medium speed of mixer, beat
    smooth,
    at
    least
    4
    minutes.
    Pour batter into prepared pan.
    Bake\tfor 55 to 60 minutes, or until cake tests done.
    Cool 15\tminutes
    in
    pan,
    then
    turn
    out and finish cooling on wire rack.
    Add a sprinkling of confectioners sugar or vanilla glaze.
