Applesauce Cake(Delicious) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 1/2 c. applesauce
2 c. flour
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Cream shortening; add sugar and cream again.
Add beaten egg and applesauce.
Sift together all dry ingredients; mix all together.
Bake in loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
