Buffet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen French fries
1 tall can evaporated milk
1 stick margarine
garlic salt to taste or other salt
2 c. (1/2 lb.) sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Place unthawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Add salt. Pour milk over potatoes; sprinkle cheese over top.
Dot with margarine.
Cover with foil and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
