Colcannon(Irish Potatoes And Cabbage) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 green onions, sliced
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Saute cabbage and green onions in margarine until tender.
    Mash potatoes with milk.
    Add more milk if needed.
    Stir in cabbage mixture and salt and pepper.
