Breaded Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c original bisquick
    12 saltine crackers (1/2 c), crushed
    1 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp water
    8 pork boneless loin chops 1/2 thick (about 2 lb)
Preparation
    Mix bisquick, cracker crumbs, seasoned salt and pepper in one bowl.
    Mix eggs and water in another bowl.
    Drop pork chops into egg mixture then coat with bisquick mixture.
    Spray a 12 inch non-stick skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. Cook pork in skillet 8-10 minutes, turning once until pork is slightly pink in the middle.
