Chocolate Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread (white), broken up
    1/3 c. cold water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 egg
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Break bread up.
    Add water, salt, sugar and cocoa to broken bread.
    Beat egg.
    Add beaten egg and milk to bread mixture, then add melted butter and vanilla extract.
    Bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes or until center is set, not milky.
    It seems to take longer, perhaps 45 minutes.
    Spread with Hard Sauce.
