Spring Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime jello
3/4 c. hot water
1 medium cucumber, peeled, chopped and drained
1 medium Vidalia onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 small carton cottage cheese
Preparation

Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool slightly. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise, cucumber and onion. Add a drop or two of green food coloring for more color. Place in covered dish. Refrigerate.
