Microwave Goof Proof Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 lb. powdered sugar (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in microwaveproof deep bowl except for margarine.
    Lay stick of margarine on top of mixture.
    Microwave on High 1 minute or until margarine melts.
    Mix well.
    If not thick, cook 1 minute at a time until thickened.
    If desired, add 1/2 cup nuts.
    Place in glass pie plate covered with margarine.
    Pat out. Will harden in 5 minutes in freezer, 10 minutes in refrigerator or 20 minutes sitting on the countertop.
