Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. zucchini, sliced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 sliced tomatoes
    1 c. toasted bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    4 oz. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add onion, zucchini, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
    Drain some of the juice and put mixture in casserole dish.
    Cover with tomatoes; sprinkle on cheese.
    Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
