Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant, peeled and cubed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. American cheese/Velveeta
    1 c. cracker bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 to 1 c. ham
Preparation
    Cook eggplant until tender in salt and water and drain.
    Add soup, eggs, sugar, onions, cheese and 1/2 cup breadcrumbs.
    Mix well and put in baking dish.
    Mix butter and other crumbs and put on top.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
