Elsie'S Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. sifted flour
4 apples, cut in slices
1 c. chopped nuts
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together for 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan at 325\u00b0.
Cool.
