Hot Or Cold Chicken Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bone in chicken breast
2 chicken bouillon cubes or 3 c. chicken stock
4 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. assorted cooked vegetables, chopped
double pie crust
dash of pepper
Preparation

Boil chicken breast in 3 cups water to which you have added 2 bouillon cubes (or use 3 cups stock).
When chicken is cool, cut off meat and cut into chunks. Melt butter.
Add pepper, then add flour.
Stir well with whisk.
Add 2 cups of the stock and the onion.
Stir until thick.
Add chicken meat and assorted cooked vegetables to sauce.
Mixture will be thick.
Make pie crust.
Add mixture.
Cover with top crust.
Coat with milk to make it brown. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Can be eaten hot or cold. Great for lunch box!
