Country Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. meat (beef or pork, any cut), cut into 1/2-inch squares
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown meat on all sides.
    Add soup and water.
    Mix and simmer for at least one hour.
    The secret of the flavor is the cooking time so don't cook for less than one hour.
    Can be cooked ahead of time and reheated.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
