Spinach Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    8 to 10 flour tortillas
    butter or oleo
Preparation
    Saute
    cilantro,
    onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil. Season with
    salt and pepper.
    Add spinach and cheese and heat until cheese is melted.
