Tangy Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 potatoes, peeled and cut in small chunks (don't overcook)
3 eggs
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. yellow pepper rings
Preparation

After you cook potatoes and boil eggs, mix in all the ingredients.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on bed of lettuce with small tomatoes on side.
Sprinkle paprika over for looks. Serves 5.
