Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stewing beef
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    1 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    2 c. potatoes
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in greased casserole.
    Pour juice over all.
    Cover tightly; don't peek.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 4 hours. Serves 4 to 6 people.
    Serve over biscuits/noodles.
