Zanaker(Meatless Kibby) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracked wheat (fine)
    1 medium onion, grated
    1/4 c. flour
    1/8 c. cold water
    salt and pepper to taste
    Yogurt Sauce
Preparation
    Rinse wheat several times.
    Squeeze out moisture by cupping hands.
    Mix thoroughly with onion, flour, water, salt and pepper. Roll into little balls.
    Drop ball into Yogurt Sauce and cook for 20 minutes.
