Chicken With White Wine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chicken in strips
1/3 c. cornstarch
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 c. sliced scallions
2 c. chicken broth
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3/4 c. white wine
3 chopped tomatoes
hot cooked rice
Preparation
-
Dredge chicken in cornstarch.
Brown coated chicken in hot oil, stir in seasonings and scallions.
Cook 2 minutes longer, add broth and wine, cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Stir in mushrooms and tomatoes.
Cover and simmer another 5 minutes.
Serve over rice.
