Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
dash of pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Form into small balls.
Heat in a skillet with 2 tablespoons oil.
Add meatballs, a few at a time, and brown slowly, turning gently to brown evenly.
Remove meatballs when brown.
