Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. sifted flour
    4 eggs, unbeaten
Preparation
    In a small sauce pan over med-high heat, add shortening and salt to boiling water and heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat.
    Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball around the spoon, leaving the pan clean.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 1 egg at a time, beating very thoroughly after each addition. Continue heating until mixture is thick and shiny and breaks from the spoon.
    Shape on ungreased cookie sheet, using 1 teaspoon or 1 tablespoon of pastry per puff.
    Bake in very hot oven - 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 minutes longer. Cool.
    Make slit on one side of each puff and fill with cream filling.
