Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 stick margarine
    4 c. cooked, sweetened fruit and juice
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Mixture will be similar to thin cake batter.
    Melt margarine in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour in cake mixture.
    Add fruit and juice.
    Crust will rise above fruit and cover completely.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 to 40 minutes.
