India Relish(Very Good; Makes 12 Pints) - cooking recipe

6 lb. green tomatoes
6 lb. ripe tomatoes
5 sweet red peppers
4 green peppers
6 medium onions, peeled
1/2 c. salt
2 1/2 lb. sugar
1 1/2 qt. cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. turmeric
1 Tbsp. mustard
2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Wash the vegetables thoroughly.
Remove stem and blossom ends of tomatoes, seeds and white portions from peppers.
Put through food chopper with onions, using medium knife.
Turn into 10-quart kettle.
Add salt; let stand overnight.
Drain.
Add sugar, vinegar and cinnamon.
Boil slowly 1 hour.
Mix turmeric, mustard and flour; stir in.
Cook 15 minutes longer; stir occasionally. Pack in sterilized jars and seal.
