Rhubarb Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. rhubarb, diced finely
    4 to 5 c. sugar
    1 (4.6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb until very tender (10 to 12 minutes).
    Add sugar and bring to a boil.
    Add strawberry jello and boil 2 minutes. Add crushed pineapple.
    Put into jars and seal immediately.
