Montana Trail-Baked Beefsteak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beefsteak
    approximately 1 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Have the steak cut thin.
    Roll it in flour and place in an ordinary baking pan.
    Season with pepper, salt and butter.
    Pour hot water on until nearly covered.
    Put in the oven, cover and cook until tender.
    This is much more convenient than the ordinary way of cooking steak.
