Aunt Hazel'S Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
milk
Preparation

Drain corn, reserving liquid.
Add enough milk to liquid to make 1 cup.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Combine beaten egg, milk mixture and corn; add to dry ingredients, mixing until moist. Drop by tablespoon into hot grease.
Fry until brown; drain on paper towels.
