Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

lasagna (small box)
1 lb. ground meat
32 oz. jar Prego
1/2 c. water
3 c. shredded Monterey Jack or Mozzarella cheese (I use both)
1/2 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown meat and drain.
Add sauce and water.
Simmer 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except cheese and noodles. Stir.
Layer in baking dish, beginning with sauce on bottom.
Use noodles right from box (do not cook first).
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
(I have to cut cooking time in my oven.)
Remove cover and bake for 10 minutes.
Let set 10 minutes on counter, then serve.
