Green Beans Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh green beans or 2 cans prepared (I use qt. jar home-canned beans)
    1/4 c. margarine
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt (omit if using home-canned beans)
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    paprika
Preparation
    If using fresh green beans, wash, string and break into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
    Cook, covered, until tender (about 25 minutes). Drain and set aside.
